Entry submission deadline for HRMC’s Baby U Cutest Baby contest was March 31, 2010. Here’s the “short list” of contest guidelines:

• Entries must be under the age of one (1) year as of the contest start date, March 1, 2010 (therefore, he/she must have been born between 3/2/09 and 3/31/10).
• Entries must be a current resident of Beadle, Clark, Hand, Jerauld, Kingsbury, Sanborn or Spink.
• Newborns must be clothed (e.g., wearing a minimum of a full-coverage diaper).
• Photos/videos must be snapshots taken by you or another amateur photographer and not copyrighted.
• Parents or grandparents can enter a newborn with the expressed permission of the newborn’s parent/guardian.

Voting ended on April 30, 2010, at 11:59 p.m. Winners will be announced on Mother's Day.
