Golf Tournament a Success

The 10th annual HRMC Foundation Humanitarian Golf Tournament was held Sept. 12, 2009, in Huron with 29 teams participating. More than $29,000 was raised to help support the various activities of the HRMC Foundation.

Flu Fighting – Back to the Basics
In September, widespread flu activity was reported in 37 of the United States. Although the H1N1 virus has drawn attention worldwide and prompted swift action by the World Health Organization, the U.S. government and others, the severity of the H1N1 pandemic is uncertain. It is not known how long the flu season might last or when flu will activity peak.
